Support is tailored to your goals. Some clients aim to reduce use, some pursue abstinence, and others want better understanding and control over patterns.

Addiction affects partners, parents, and families as well.

Counselling for loved ones focuses on your well-being, whether or not your loved one is seeking help.

This may include:

– Setting healthy boundaries
– Improving communication
– Reducing enabling patterns
– Coping with stress and uncertainty

Support can be helpful even when change feels outside your control.

A structured 6-session addiction psychoeducation and skills program focused on behaviour change, relapse prevention, and long-term maintenance.

Clients learn how behaviour patterns form, how to manage cravings and high-risk situations, and how to sustain change over time. The program is practical, evidence-informed, and focused on real-world application.

A certificate of completion is issued upon finishing the program. Formal letters or reports can be prepared upon request for an additional fee.

Standard counselling sessions are $160 for 50 minutes.

A limited number of reduced-rate spots are available for those facing financial barriers. Please inquire if this is relevant to your situation.

Counselling may be covered under extended health plans that include Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs). Please confirm coverage with your provider.

Addiction Psychoeducational Counselling Program (6 sessions)
A structured 6-session program focused on understanding and changing addictive or problematic behaviours.

• $200 per 50-minute session
• or $1,000 total when prepaid (package rate for all 6 sessions)

A certificate of completion is provided at the end of the program. A formal summary or progress letter can be prepared upon request for an additional fee.
