About Vice Addictions

Vice Addictions is a counselling practice focused on substance use, behavioural addictions, and the impact of addiction on individuals and families.

The practice was created to provide thoughtful, evidence-informed support for people navigating change related to addiction. Many clients seek help when they feel stuck in patterns that no longer serve them, or when addiction has begun affecting relationships, work, or well-being.

Counselling at Vice Addictions is grounded, practical, and respectful. The focus is not on judgment or labels, but on helping clients better understand their patterns and make meaningful, realistic changes.

Our Perspective

Addiction is complex. It can involve habits, coping strategies, emotional pain, and questions about direction or meaning in life.

Rather than offering quick fixes, counselling focuses on steady, sustainable progress. For many people, change becomes possible when they gain clearer insight into their patterns, values, and goals.

Support is tailored to each person’s situation and readiness for change.

Professional Standards

Services are provided by Registered Clinical Counsellors (RCCs) trained in addiction and mental health.

Care is guided by ethical standards, confidentiality, and respect for client autonomy. Counselling is collaborative, and clients are involved in shaping their goals and pace of work.

Who We Work With

Vice Addictions works with:

– Individuals concerned about their substance use or behaviours
